The customer receives:
 | A maximum of 10 simulation runs per evacuation route |
| Additional simulation runs of any evacuation route are $100.00 each. |
| A written report detailing recommendations with all supporting documentation to include computer data files if requested. |
| One (1) formal presentation (if requested). |
| 20% discount on subsequent multiple facility analyses. |
Additional pricing:
| Add $500 for a stochastic analysis of any evacuation route (an probability density function for the evacuation time will be provided). |
| SIM-VAC computer program purchase price is $5500.00 (8 hours of instruction included). |
| 20% discount for the reanalysis of any facility 1 year after the initial analysis report is presented. |
